ABOUT US

Light Fitness LLC offers virtual group fitness and personal fitness training, as well as virtual or in-person special event classes.  The instructor, Latisha Malone, is certified as a Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Fitness Trainer (through AFAA) and as a WERQ Dance Fitness Instructor. Class and Training options are available to meet your needs at your level. Our purpose is to uplift, inspire, promote healthy living and to add LIGHT into the world!

Group Fitness, Personal Training & Challenges

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

WERQ -  (pronounced “work”) is the fiercely fun dance fitness workout based on pop and hip hop music.  All dance and fitness abilities are welcome. 

Sweat & Tone -  this class was developed for those who want to keep the heart healthy and body strong. It includes cardio and light weight strength/resistance exercises. Dumbbells are optional. This class is for ALL ages and fitness abilities!

VIRTUAL PERSONAL TRAINING

One on one virtual personal training is offered with AFAA Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, Latisha Malone.  Sessions are taught over Zoom with the option of receiving exercises through a fitness app.

FREE CHALLENGEs

Do you need extra motivation to exercise?  Throughout the year, we have free fitness challenges.  These challenges give specific exercises that you can do on your own time.  It also includes a group chat, where participants can encourage and motivate each other. The next one starts April 1!
